違法駐車しなければいいだけでは？
私有地設置する分には問題はないだろうね
（自分の車で踏んづけてしまいそうだけど…）
これ駐車より進入禁止予防だろ。日本じゃ使われんだろうな。
それより私有地への違法駐車の罰則強化（あるいはちゃんとレッカー移動など出来るようにする）をしたほうがいいだろ。
